Salted Coconut Chai Blondies

Easy, delicious and packed with big chai flavor, these one-bowl Salted Coconut Chai Blondies made with Earth Echo Chai Bliss are also gluten-free, vegan, refined sugar-free and can be made in less than 30 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper, then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flours, Earth Echo Chai Bliss, baking soda and sea salt. Mix well.
Add the maple syrup, oil, flax egg and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms. Gently fold in the coconut chips.
Press the dough into the prepared baking pan in one even layer. Optionally, sprinkle with a little flaked sea salt before baking.
Bake for 15 minutes or until firm and the edges are turning golden.
Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least ten minutes before removing and slicing. They will continue to firm up as they cool.
Slice into bars and enjoy!
